Media + Photography in exchange for EVENT ATTENDance TICKETS

About Our Package Offerings | Your event coverage

You want us to capture a few pictures of the event but don’t have the budget for coverage OR are looking for PR.

We are inspired by your event and looking to capture the stories and imagery of those in attendance to highlight key brands.
* Note we only take on a few clients per year.

The exchange:

  • In exchange for a ticket for attendance at your event, you will receive a range of 10-35 key editorial photos at your event (per day)

  • We determine these images - this is not a directed shoot, although we’re happy to receive insight as to what is great content.

  • We have the possibility of including interviews of key individuals for our television show that is on Napa Valley, TV, video reels, stories, and IG posts (with which, when we do post, you will be tagged)

    *For hired photography needs beyond the inclusion of photography coverage and to secure additional images and video, we recommend booking our paid services starting at $397/per hour (which can be done on our homepage).

Image Usage Rights: We allow usage with photo credit to read; photography provided by Nicole Marino, Bigshot in Winecountry Media,

What is included: We offer the opportunity to provide you with a handful of great high-res images in exchange for a ticket, which includes full attendance at your event. Please note we can only capture imagery and content from where we have been given access so please plan accordingly.

Our media Partners: In addition, to providing you with the selection of key edited images. We submit these images to our media partners, with the possibility of them being featured in these publications: Napa Valley Life Magazine, Napa Sonoma Magazine, Napa Valley Insider, and Napa Valley Television.

 

SUBMISSIONS

  • There are 4 ways to work with us:

    • A hired Photography shoot starts at $397/per hour, depending on the shoot.

    • Media coverage, where we provide imagery and interviews on the red carpet of key content to our media partners and for our channels.

    • Media Coverage + “Images for your Usage”

    • A hosted interview (this is where you are looking for Nicole to host an interview with a celebrity or high-profile figure)

  • We receive a lot of requests to attend events throughout the valley, and as a seasoned photographer and interviewer for over 25 years, Nicole desires to cover key events that can be inspiring for her viewers; however, she only accepts a limited amount of events per calendar year. Please plan accordingly when submitting your request.

  • If you are declined the opportunity to partner as Media Coverage + ‘Images for Your Usage’ but would still like media coverage, please let us know if that is the desired outcome.

  • We love inspiring stories and look to cover iconic individuals, highlighting what we do within our valley to make a difference.

  • If you are interested in Nicole hosting interviews at your event, you must provide all the details in advance. For advanced interview coverage, there is an additional fee. We will utilize the content for our media channels and provide these interviews unedited to you.

  • If a Media coverage + “Images for Your Usage” option has been presented, it likely means we’ve found value in the event with necessary inspirational content to cover and think it would be fair trade to offer you these photos as well. We feel it to be a considerable value and are in agreement that a ticket is provided in exchange for full attendance at your event.

  • The photographs are not to be directed or staged.

  • If you are promoted through our pages, you can also feel free to share and tag our pages: @bigshotinwinecountrymedia and @bigshotinwinecountry

  • We own the rights to the images and reserve the right to use them for marketing and media purposes.

  • Images being used for mass media purposes on your end are subject to a licensing fee of $125-$250/per image, OR under media partnership this can be waived with the use of our photo credit.

  • We would just like to ensure that we are notified if it is planned that these images are to be used for mass media.

  • Should we receive a hired booking client, then we reserve the right not to attend your event.
