About This Package | Basic Tier 1

WHAT TO EXPECT: You want us there to capture a few pictures of the event but don’t have the budget for coverage OR are looking for PR.

US: We are inspired by your event and looking to capture the stories and imagery of those in attendance.
* Note we only take on a few clients per year.

The exchange:

  • In exchange for a VIP ALL ACCESS ticket for the event duration, use a value event ticket; you will receive 5 key editorial photos to be shared for social usage only.

  • A per-image cost is required for images used beyond this starting at $55/image

  • Option for iPhone video posts and reels or still images for social media - that are cellphone captured. This is based on the value of the ticketed event. This does not ensure the amount of time on the property at your event.

  • You’ll welcome to guide us on the content however we determine these images - this is not a directed shoot.

  • Possible video reels, stories, and IG posts (with which, when we do post, you will be tagged)

Image Usage Rights: We allow usage with photo credit to read; photography provided by Nicole Marino, Bigshot in Winecountry Media,

What is included: We offer the opportunity to provide you with a handful of great high-res images in exchange for an event ticket that includes attendance at your event. In addition, we submit these images to our media partners, with the possibility of them being featured in these publications: Napa Valley Life Magazine, Napa Sonoma Magazine, Napa Valley Insider, and Napa Valley Television.

You want us there to capture a few pictures of the event but don’t have the budget for coverage. For a few clients per year, we offer the opportunity to provide our clients with a handful of great images in exchange for an event ticket for attendance of your event.

Offer: Receive 50 professional event lifestyle (unstaged) images
Ticket Level: ALL ACCESS $750- $2500

*You’ll be provided with your own online gallery to access all images.
**Any additional images captured beyond your package for your event will be included in your private online gallery for the option to purchase at a per-image rate following your event.

 
 

The guidelines

  • We love attending great events and highlighting a wonderful community of iconic wineries and individuals, so we’re extending trade services to give back.

  • For your events in trade, we do not shoot the whole event. We capture key imagery of moments we feel are notable throughout our attendance of the event, and we provide you with an array of great images following the event.

  • The photographs are not to be directed shots unless a more lengthy proposal is in place.

  • In most cases, It will be ensured you are promoted on Instagram and Facebook pages, tagging your property and your event at @bigshotinwinecountrymedia or @bigshotinwinecountry

  • We own the rights to the images and reserve the right to use them for marketing and media purposes unless a previous agreement has been made in writing.

  • Per image rate $55/image

  • Images being used for mass media purposes on your end are subject to a licensing fee of $125-$250/per image and/or photo credit. Please notify us if you plan to use these images in this form and which media outlets to determine this.

  • You have the option to purchase additional images beyond what’s included in your package for a per-image rate.

  • A basic photography agreement will be provided to outline the agreed exchange of time and services.

  • Any image used, will require, a mention photo credit to read: ‘Nicole Marino Photography, Bigshot in Winecountry Media’
